What’s the meaning behind the name Rivera?

Sacred Rebel is the tension we live in: devotion without dogma. “Sacred” speaks to intention—ritual, meaning, and the quiet power of what you choose to keep close. “Rebel” is the refusal to perform spirituality for approval, trends, or superstition. We create modern ritual pieces—gemstones, décor, and small anchors for your space—that feel grounded, premium, and personal. Not loud. Not gimmicky. Just objects that help you return to yourself, every day.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Not yet. We’re currently building this feature so gifting with Sacred Rebel feels as considered as the product itself. In the meantime, every Sacred Rebel order arrives in premium, gift-worthy packaging—ready to give the moment it lands.

Can I make a change to my order after it was placed?

Since we work to process and ship your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not able to accommodate modifications to orders after they have been placed.

Why do crystals and stones look slightly different from the photos?

Natural stones have variation—tone, translucency, banding, and inclusions shift from piece to piece. That’s not a defect; it’s the proof it’s not mass-printed resin. We aim for consistency in overall look and quality, but each piece will be uniquely yours.

Why does my stone/tree look different in different lighting?

Gemstones respond strongly to light temperature and direction. Warm indoor light can deepen reds and ambers; daylight can bring out clarity and cooler tones. Photos are taken to represent the piece accurately, but your space will change how it reads.

Are your stones “real” and how do you verify them?

We use natural gemstone materials sourced through established supply chains and evaluate for appearance, weight, feel, and structure typical to each stone type. Where applicable, we maintain batch-level documentation and stone listings by design (e.g., the chakra set). If a specific piece includes a certificate, it will be stated clearly on the product page.

Can I cleanse my crystals? What’s the safest method?

Yes. The simplest, safest options are: smoke (incense), sound, or placing the piece in a clean, calm space with intention. If you use water or salt, confirm the stone is water-safe first—some stones can dull, flake, or degrade. When unsure, avoid water/salt and use smoke or sound instead.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free ground shipping all over the United States. No minimum order value is necessary.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept items in their original condition for exchange or return within thirty (30) days of your order’s arrival date.

Do you ship internationally?
